The Social Inbox provides a feature to manage messages received from various social media platforms in an integrated manner.
You can efficiently check and respond to all messages without having to check them individually on each social media platform.

Here’s how to check messages by business:
- Click the [ Select a Business ] button to select a business.
- Select the social media you want to check from the tabs below.
- Click the message you want to check from the message list.
Social Inbox Management #
- Message Reply: You can reply to a message by clicking on the message you want to respond to.
- Read Status: You can manage the read status for each logged-in user.
- Done Status: You can manage whether a conversation has been replied to using the [ Check conversation ] button. (This button is for sharing whether an administrator has revplied to a message when multiple administrators are managing messages.)
Caution #
Replies to Facebook and Instagram messages are only possible within 24 hours of receiving the message.
