This screen allows you to check and manage the detailed information and payment history of the subscription service you are using in LikeitSocial.
This page consists of three sections:
1. Current Subscription Information #
- Name: Name of the currently used plan
- Price: Fee of the current plan
- Service Period: Start and end dates of the plan
- Next payment date: Displays the next scheduled payment date. (Displayed as “-” for free plans)
Plan Upgrade #
- Click the [ Upgrade Plan ] button to go to the Subscription Plans screen.
- Select the Plan to upgrade to.
Caution #
If there is a remaining service period at the time of payment, the remaining period will be calculated and paid as additional days to the upgraded Plan.
- In the right Summary, select the billing cycle, check the agreement to the Payment Terms and Privacy Policy, and click the [ Start With Payment ] button.
- When the Payment screen appears, select the card to pay with.
If there is no registered card, please register a payment card first. - Check the payment details and click the [ Subscribe ] button.
- ✅ Done
Caution #
If there is a remaining service period at the time of payment, the remaining period will be calculated and paid as additional days to the upgraded Plan.
Unsubscribe #
- Click the [ UnSubscribe ] button.
- Regular payments will no longer be made, and you can use it only for the remaining period.
2. Change History #
You can check which plans the user used from when to when.
- Name: Name of the plan used
- Description: Plan description
- Term: Billing cycle (e.g., Free, Monthly, Annually)
- Price: Fee of the plan
- Purchase Date: Date the plan started
3. Billing History #
You can check information such as the paid plan, payment status, payment method, and payment date.
- Name: Name of the paid plan
- Status: Payment success or failure
- Price: Payment amount
- Payment Info: Card information used for payment
- Description: Payment-related message
- Payment Date: Payment date and time
