Clients and how to create new ones?

✅ Clients are the owners, representatives or managers of businesses that an agency works with. They are the primary point of contact for the agency and are responsible for providing information about the business and its operations.

Your clients may also be responsible for making decisions about the management of their business’s social media and other marketing efforts. In LikeIT, clients are linked to a business, and are used to keep track of the main contact for each business.

Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to the menu on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Select “My Clients” from the menu.

Step 3: Access the client folder, and within here you will see a button that indicates “Add a client” click on this.

Step 4: You will then be prompted to enter the client’s information, such as name, last name, email address, phone number, and if you want, a profile image.

Step 5: Please be aware that the email you place in here will be used to deliver information regarding the business performance of those businesses this client is associated with, so please make sure that the spelling is correct before saving. Depending on the plan you have within LikeIt you will have permissions to grant them access to our feature called “Client access” which will allow them, the clients to access to the platform.

Step 6: Once you are finished, click on “Save” and the client will be created inside your agency.

It’s important to remember that the clients will be the main point of contact for the businesses, so it’s important to keep their information updated and accurate.
