Welcome to the Reviews Management Guide!

In this section, you’ll learn how to efficiently manage reviews received on Facebook and Google. This section is designed to help you keep track of all reviews in one place, saving you time and effort while monitoring multiple business pages.

Please note, some of your agency’s businesses may not have this service included in their plan, which means the information for these businesses will not appear in this section. If you need to change this, refer to the Contract Overview and Management Guide for instructions.

The Reviews section is divided into three parts:

Part 1. Business section: On the far left, you can select the business you want to respond to reviews for. Unanswered reviews will be indicated by a red bubble.

Part 2. Reviews List: In this section, you’ll see all the reviews related to the selected business. New reviews will be indicated with a warning. This section includes filters to help you sort by social network and read status.

Part 3. Answer section: This is where you can reply to reviews and make them instantly on each social network. You can switch between reviews on Facebook and Google with ease, all from the same screen.
