How to edit client’s information?

WARNING: Please note that each email address is unique. Therefore, if you wish to make changes to an email address associated with a client, you’ll need to create a new client profile using the updated email address and delete the incorrect one that was previously created.

Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to the menu on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Select “My Clients” from the menu.

Step 3: Access the clients folder, and within here you will see a list of all your clients.

Step 4: Select the client that you want to modify.

  • Once you are in the client’s profile, you can add a new business to the client or modify the existing business. If you want to add a new business, click on the button labeled “Add a business”.

  • If you want to modify the client’s information, click on the button on the top right corner of the client’s profile. On the edit client’s profile, you can change name, last name, profile picture and phone number. You can also prompt a change of password. Once done, click on “Save” to update the client’s information.

It’s important to keep in mind that the clients will be the main point of contact for the businesses, so it’s important to keep their information updated and accurate.
