How to disconnect integrations

WARNING: Keep in mind that if you have a single Facebook and Instagram account connected to multiple businesses, terminating or disconnecting the account for one business will also result in the disconnection of the account for all associated businesses. In the event of a poorly connected account or a similar issue, you can rectify it by going back, selecting the correct account, and modifying the relevant information accordingly.

Welcome to our guide on how to disconnect your social media accounts! If you’re looking to remove a social media connection from your account, follow these simple steps:

Step 1. Log into your account with the appropriate permissions to manage social media connections.

Step 2. Navigate to the client section in the left-hand menu, and select the subfolder that corresponds to your businesses.

Step 3. Choose the business you want to remove a social media account from, and look for the social media section at the bottom of your screen.

Step 4. Find the social media connection you want to remove (e.g. your YouTube account), and click on it. A pop-up window will appear, showing the social media accounts you’ve connected. Click the remove/minus icon to terminate the connection.

Step 5. That’s it! You’ve successfully disconnected your social media account. You won’t receive data or be able to make posts from this account anymore, and no additional users or collaborators will have access.

Step 6. Please note that disconnecting an account that manages multiple social media platforms, such as managing all of your business accounts from one profile, will result in the termination of all connections.
