How to connect and disconnect teams and businesses?

💡 Teams are essential for your management, this will allow you to add access to certain members to the particular business. Otherwise, without a team on a business, the administrator account will be the only account to have access to any feature regarding this business.

Welcome to our guide on how to manage teams for your businesses on LikeIt. We hope to answer all of your questions in this section.

Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to the menu on the left-hand side.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Select “My Clients” from the menu.

Step 3: Access the “Businesses” folder, where you will see a list of all your businesses.

Step 4: Select the business that you want to manage teams for.

Step 5: On the right side of the screen, you will see a “Business Team” section, which displays the teams currently assigned to the business.




















Step 6:
If the business does not have a team assigned, the team section will be empty. Click on the “Add (+)” button below the “Business Team” title.







Here, you can select an existing team or create a new team by referring to the “Teams and How to Create Them” guide.

Step 7: Once you have added a team, the business will be linked to the team.

How to disconnect a team

Step 1: To disconnect a team from a business, go to the business profile and click on the “Remove (-)” button next to the team you want to disconnect.




















Step 2:
Removing a team from a business will revoke team members’ access to that business’s features, but data and analytics will remain.
