How to change my password

Welcome to our Password Change Guide

There are three ways to change your password, each with a different purpose. This guide will walk you through each method.

Case 1: Changing Your Password

To change your password for security reasons, follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in

Step 2. Go to the profile icon or image in the upper right corner

Step 3. Click on “My Account”

Step 4. Click on “Change Password”

Step 5. Enter a new password in the prompt that appears

Step 6. Confirm the new password and save

Case 2: Forgotten Password and Logged Out

If you have forgotten your password and are logged out, you can change it by following these steps:

Step 1. Go to the login page at

Step 2. Click on “Forgot Password”

Step 3. Enter your name and last name as they were saved in LikeIt, and add your email

Step 4. You will receive a code in your email

Step 5. Enter the code and create a new password and you’re done!

Case 3: Forgotten Password and Forgotten Name and Last Name

If you have forgotten both your password and the name and last name you used in LikeIt, your agency account manager can reset your password. Follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to the account manager account

Step 2. Click on “My Agency” in the left-hand menu

Step 3. Click on “Employees”

Step 4. Select the employee profile that needs a reset

Step 5. Edit the employee profile by clicking on the pencil icon on the right upper part

Step 6. Click on “Change Password”

Step 7. You will recibe a new password in your email, please check the spam folder if you don’t see it, and use this one to access to our system.

Step 8. Once logged in you will be able to reset your password.
