How to answer to comments?

✅ Comments play a crucial role in the social media environment, providing an avenue for engagement, feedback, and communication with your audience. With LikeIt’s Comments Management feature, you can efficiently handle and monitor comments received on popular platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Welcome to the comments section! Here, we will guide you through the process of answering comments on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, all in one place.

Please follow the next steps to be able to answer your comments in no time:

Step 1. Login to the platform

Step 2. Navigate to the Comments section from the left menu

Step 3. Select the business you want to respond a comments for. You will see notifications for the ones with unanswered comments.

Step 4. In the post list, view all posts from Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in one place. Choose a post to respond to a comment by clicking on it.

Step 5. On the right-hand side, you’ll see the conversation for the post you selected. You can respond to individual comments by clicking on the reply link below each comment.

Step 6. After you hit the send icon, your message will be sent to the customer.

Step 7. Repeat the process each time you want to answer a comment. Note that notifications will disappear once you’ve opened them, so make sure to only open comments when you’re ready to answer.

Step 8. Switch between businesses by clicking on the business card or searching for them in the search bar.

Step 9. Ensure that your social networks are connected before using this section, otherwise, we won’t be able to collect and send the information required to make your life easier by having all your comments in one place.
