  • Google: Must be connected to a business page, also this business page must comply with google privacy policies and regulations, be aware that in order to use google my business you must have location information that can be interlocked.

If you are experiencing issues with reviews connections, there are 3 possible cases and solutions:

Case 1: Connection and Loading Errors

If the issue is related to connection errors or failure to load comment information, follow these steps:

Step 1. Login

Step 2. Go to the “My Clients” section in the left-side menu.

Step 3. Go to the “Business” section.

Step 4. Select the business that is having trouble loading information.

Step 5. Click on the social media icons (Facebook and Google My Business) and disconnect and reconnect the socials to ensure an active connection.

Step 6. Check if the information is now loading. Note that if the connection was previously disconnected or poorly connected, information created before the connection will not appear and only new information will be available.

Case 2: Permission Issues

If the issue persists after reconnecting and information is not updating, this could be a result of an issue with the connection permissions. Follow the steps in Case 1 and during the connection, make sure all permissions are complete. Incomplete permissions may affect our ability to access functionality.

Case 3: Account Issues

If none of the above solutions work, there may be an issue with your account. All or some actions may have been restricted by either Facebook (Meta) or Google. Check your accounts and reach out to each social’s help center for assistance.

If the issue is not covered in the above cases, please contact us with details about your accounts and connections, and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
