Connections to social media guide

WARNING: Please note that you will need to complete this process for each business you create. Also note that the token we use for these connections can sometimes expire, which will require you to reconnect your social media to our systems.

Welcome to our guide on how to connect your social media accounts to your business. In this guide, we will explain how to access your connections and integrations.

The process to connect to our systems is very easy. To connect, you will need to have a business already created. Follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your account.

Step 2. Click on the “My Clients” page in the left-hand menu.

Step 3. Select “Businesses” on this page.

Step 4. Choose the business you want to connect.

Step 5. In this section, you will see a section called “Socials” with a list of gray-colored icons on the bottom-right corner.

Step 6. To connect a social media account, simply click on the corresponding icon, and a pop-up will be prompted to start the connection.

Step 7. Please make sure that the following rules apply to the social media networks you wish to connect; otherwise, the connection will fail since each integration has its own rules:

  • Facebook: In the case of a personal account, even if the account includes page permission, normal operation is possible only when linking the account with a business page.
  • Instagram: Must be registered as a business account.
  • LinkedIn: Your account must contain at least one organization, and you will connect the organization, not the personal account.
  • YouTube: If the account is not activated in YouTube Studio, it cannot be linked.
  • Google My Business: Must have location information that can be interlocked.

Step 8. Once you have connected your account, you will be ready to create new posts, get analytics data from your social media account, receive and answer reviews and comments, and have all your information in one site.
