Welcome to the Comments Management Guide!

In this section, you’ll learn how to efficiently manage comments received on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This section is designed to help you keep track of all comments in one place, saving you time and effort while monitoring multiple business pages.

Please note, some of your agency’s businesses may not have this service included in their plan, which means the information for these businesses will not appear in this section. If you need to change this, refer to the Contract Overview and Management Guide for instructions.

The Comments section is divided into three parts:

Part 1. Business section: On the far left, you can select the business you want to respond to comments for. Unanswered comments will be indicated by a red bubble.

Part 2. Post List: In this section, you’ll see all posts related to the selected business. Posts with the unanswered comment will be indicated with a warning. This section includes filters to help you sort by social network and status.

Part 3. Answer section: This is where you can reply to comments and make them instantly on social networks. You can switch between comments on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn with ease, all from the same screen.
