Client Management

💡 Employees are an important aspect of team management. The software allows for the addition, modification, and removal of team members, and it is crucial for team or account managers to have control over this process.

The “My Clients” page on LikeIT is the central page for managing all the businesses which work with you and your agency, no matter the scope you use, you will find both of those you manage as an agency, and those that are owned and managed in-house by your own company.

You can use this page to upload, add, modify and delete clients and businesses associated with your agency. By default, a business is always linked to a client in order to keep control over the each business. One client can have multiple businesses, and only one client is allowed per business. Remember the client you upload is the bridge between your agency and the business you will be managing.

How to acces to “My Clients” page?

Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to the menu on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Select the “My Clients” section from the menu.


Step 3:
Here, you will find access to all your clients and businesses. You can access to each page by clicking on each folder, inside of which you will be able to add new clients profiles and new businesses by clicking on the “Add” button.


Step 4
: To modify or delete a client or business, simply select the client or business and click on the appropriate button.

With the “My Clients” page you can easily manage and keep track of all your clients and businesses in one central location, allowing you to efficiently manage your agency.
