The <\/span>Manage Roles Menu<\/b> is used to manage the Roles assigned to Employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

Admins can <\/span>enable or restrict<\/b> the use of features provided by LikeIT Social through the Roles assigned to Employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

Caution<\/h4>\n

Creation<\/h3>\n

Here’s how to create a Role:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Go to <\/span>Settings > Manage Roles<\/b> and click the <\/span>creation icon<\/b> in the image below.\"\"<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. When the screen below appears, enter the Role name and click the <\/span>[ Save ]<\/b> button.\"\"<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The created Role can be found in the Role list area on the left side of the screen, and detailed settings can be configured in the permission area on the right side of the screen.\"\"<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Role permissions are divided into View and Edit. You can activate the permission by clicking the checkbox and select View or Edit.<\/span>

    Note<\/h4>\n

    To create a Team, you need 2 Roles with Leader and Member permissions.<\/span>
    <\/span>A Role with View permission for Business can only view. Permission must be Edit to create, modify, or delete.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. If you have modified the permissions of an existing Role or created a new one and completed the permission settings, click the <\/span>[ Save ]<\/b> button at the bottom of the screen.\"\"<\/span><\/li>\n

    Deletion<\/h3>

    Click the <\/span>delete icon<\/b> of the Role you want to delete to remove it from the list, and then click the <\/span>[ Save ]<\/b> button<\/span><\/p>

    Caution<\/h4>

    If you delete a Role, Employees assigned with the deleted Role will be excluded from the Team, and Employees who have not been assigned any Role will not be able to log in to LikeIT Social.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
