All inquiries are issued in the form of <\/span>Tickets<\/b> and proceed in a conversation format afterward. Registering a Ticket<\/b><\/h3>

Here’s how to contact the LikeIT Social administrator:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Select the <\/span>Ask Admin<\/b> tab.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Click the <\/span>[ Add Ticket ]<\/b> button.<\/span><\/li>
  3. When the <\/span>Create Ticket screen<\/b> appears, enter the required information.<\/span>
    • (Required)<\/span> Title<\/b>: The title of the inquiry displayed on the list screen.<\/span><\/li>
    • (Required)<\/span> \uce74\ud14c\uace0\ub9ac \uc124\uc815<\/b>: The classification of the inquiry content.<\/span><\/li>
    • (Required)<\/span> Brief Description<\/b>: The content of the inquiry.<\/span><\/li>
    • Attach proof of the issue<\/b>: You can register multiple files related to the inquiry content.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Click the <\/span>[Save]<\/b> button.<\/span><\/li>
    • \u2705 Done<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Using Tickets<\/h3>

      Registered tickets can be checked in the list, and clicking on a ticket allows you to check the registered inquiry content. If additional content or modifications are needed, you can send the content in a conversation format.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Modification<\/h3>

      Modification and deletion of tickets are currently not supported.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Answering Tickets<\/h3>\nIf a client has registered a ticket, here’s how to answer the content:<\/span>\n

      1. Select the <\/span>Answer Client<\/b> tab\"\"<\/span><\/li>\n \t
      2. Select the ticket you want to answer.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
      3. After checking the inquiry content, enter your answer and click the <\/span>send icon<\/b>.\n
