The <\/span>Client’s Menu<\/b> allows you to manage information for <\/span>existing customers<\/b> who have signed contracts.<\/span><\/p>

In LikeIT Social, a <\/span>Client<\/b> refers to a <\/span>customer who has at least one valid contract<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

We provide filter and sort functions to efficiently manage list as follows:<\/span><\/p>

  • Filter<\/strong>: business<\/li>
  • Sort<\/strong>: creation date, name<\/li><\/ul>

    You can change list to List or Card format by clicking the <\/span>List format conversion icon<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Client Profile Management<\/h3>\n

    Click the Client you want to manage in the list to go to the <\/span>Client Profile screen<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. You can check the Client’s information.\"\"<\/span>

      • If the customer has never received an invitation email, click the <\/span>[ Send invitation E-mail ]<\/b> button to send the LikeIT Social invitation email.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • If there is a <\/span>[ Reset password ]<\/b> button, it means an invitation email has been sent to the customer. If the customer has forgotten their password or requests a change, you can send a temporary password email by clicking the button.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • In <\/span>Businesses section<\/b>, you can check and manage the <\/span>business information<\/b> owned by the Client.\"\"<\/span>

        • Business Management<\/b>: Click the business to go to the <\/span>business profile screen<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Business Registration<\/b>: Click the <\/span>[ Add Business ]<\/b> button to register the Client’s business.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Business Deletion<\/b>: Click the delete icon to delete the Client’s business.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • In <\/span>Contracts section<\/b>, you can check and manage the <\/span>contract information<\/b> for the Client.\"\"<\/span>

            Modification<\/h3>

            Here’s how to modify a Client:<\/span><\/p>

            1. Click the <\/span>edit icon<\/b>.\"\"<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            2. After moving to the <\/span>Edit Client screen<\/b>, enter the information you want to modify.<\/span><\/li>
            3. For clients who can log in, you can change their password through Change Password.\"\"<\/span>

            4. Once the modification is complete, click the <\/span>[ Save ]<\/b> button.<\/span><\/li>

              • You can delete a Client by clicking the <\/span>delete icon<\/b> of the Client you want to delete in the Clients list.<\/span><\/li>
