The <\/span>Leads Menu<\/b> allows you to register <\/span>newly acquired customer<\/b> information or manage <\/span>potential customers<\/b> who have not yet signed a contract.<\/span><\/p>

It supports efficient management by recording contact information, progress status, owned businesses, etc.<\/span><\/p>

In LikeIT Social, a <\/span>Lead<\/b> refers to a <\/span>customer who has not signed a valid contract<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

    You can check the Lead list as shown in the picture below.<\/span><\/p>\n

    We provide filter and sort functions to efficiently manage a list as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Filter<\/b>: sales status, business<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Sort<\/b>: creation date, name<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      You can change the list to List or Card format by clicking the <\/span>List format conversion icon<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

      You can change the status of a Lead by clicking the <\/span>status<\/b> of the Lead you want to change in the Lead list.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The available states are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

      • In progress<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Need follow-up<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Fast follow-up<\/span><\/li>\n

        Creation<\/h3>\n

        Here’s how to create a Lead:<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Click the <\/span>[ Add Lead ]<\/b> button and move to the <\/span>Create Lead screen<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Enter the required information.<\/span>\n

          • (Required)<\/span> \uc131<\/b><\/li>\n
          • (Optional)<\/span> E-mail<\/b>: Required for customer login.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Phone<\/b><\/li>\n
          • Description<\/b><\/li>\n
          • Profile Picture<\/b><\/li>\n
          • (Required)<\/span> Sales representative<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • (Optional)<\/span> To register a business along with creation, click the <\/span>[ + add ]<\/b> button in Business information and enter the business name.\"\"<\/span>

          • Click the <\/span>[ Save ]<\/b> button.<\/span><\/li>\n

            Create with CSV File<\/h3>\n

            Here’s how to create Leads with a file:<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Click the <\/span>[ Go to Upload form ]<\/b> button.\"\"<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>\n
            2. When you move to the <\/span>Create Lead as a file screen<\/b>, click the <\/span>[ sample.csv ]<\/b> button.\"\"<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>\n
            3. Once the example file is downloaded, fill it out according to the form. You can refer to the Guide and How to fix the error.\"\"<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>\n
            4. Once completed, click the <\/span>[ File upload ]<\/b> button or drag and drop the file to upload it.\"\"<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>\n
            5. Check in the Preview that the file and content are the same, and click the <\/span>[ Save ]<\/b> button.<\/span><\/li>\n

              Lead Profile Management<\/h3>\n

              Click the Lead you want to manage in the list to go to the <\/span>Lead’s Profile screen<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

              2. In Businesses section, you can check and manage the <\/span>business information<\/b> connected with the Lead.\"\"<\/span>

                • Business Registration<\/b>: Click the <\/span>[ Add Business ]<\/b> button to register the Lead’s business.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Business Deletion<\/b>: Click the delete icon to delete the Lead’s business.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • In the Contracts section, you can check and manage the <\/span>contract information<\/b> owned by the Lead.\"\"<\/span>
